Supporting Community Reintegration

YCRC aims to remain a resource hub dedicated to supporting community members reintegrating into society after incarceration at York County Prison. Our mission is to provide essential resources, guidance, and support to help individuals successfully transition back into the community. We believe in the power of second chances and are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

If you require support following your release from York County Prison, please fill out the referral form provided below. For an immediate response, contact our service partners directly. Upon completion, referrals will be forwarded to service partners on behalf of the individual. Please note that YCRC is not a direct service provider.

ABOUT US >

In September 2016, the York Country Reentry Coalition (YCRC) was established to connect individuals leaving prison in York County with available resources. The YCRC is composed of over 100 individuals, agencies, and organizations that provide reentry programs and support to those returning to society. By combining the resources of these organizations, the YCRC offers reentry assistance services, resource navigation, ongoing skills & workforce development, recovery and relapse prevention assistance and support to family members.
